Karen Ross (Parent
Governor and member of the Strategic and Governor
Profile Committees)
I have been a Parent Governor at Old Fletton since
April 2005. My son is currently a pupil at Old Fletton.
I currently work full-time in an education setting
as Secretary to the Bursar at Peterborough High
School. As well as getting involved in the financial
running of the school I am called upon to get involved
with various committee meetings at work. Working
in an education setting gives me an insight into
how schools are run and hope that I can continue
to transfer these skills into my role as a School
Governor.
