Hello, I'm Rachel
Lay and I am a community governor at old Fletton
Primary School. I have served as a governor at this
school for around ten years.
I have lived in Fletton (almost on the school doorstep)
for forty years and have been bringing children
to the school for nearly as long, my own two, and
children that I mind in my job as a registered childminder,
so my association with the school has been uninterrupted
over that time. As a governor, more than anything,
I enjoy the pastoral side of the job.
