Year 2 had a fantastic day at Peterborough Cathedral, learning about Katherine of Aragon and Mary Queen of Scots. They loved meeting Katherine, using quills to write and taking part in Lord Darnley’s murder mystery!
Our trip to Sacrewell Farm was a fantastic day full of hands-on learning and fun.
The children loved the tractor ride around the farm, getting up close to a variety of animals and learning all about how they are cared for. A highlight of the day was the Mill tour, where pupils discovered how grain is turned into flour and explored the site’s history.
We rounded off the visit with some well-earned fun in the soft play area, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone!
