School Lunches
Since October 2011 our school meals provision has been managed by the school and cooked on site by our in-house caterers. There are new menu options starting on Monday 8th January 2024 and these will continue to rotate on a three-weekly basis and can be viewed by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Please use the table below to find out which menu corresponds to each week. All our menus are devised to ensure that we meet the new Food Standards guidelines that were introduced in January 2015. In line with these guidelines, we are also able to provide details of any allergens that may be present in the foods that we serve. Please speak to a member of the Administration Team in the school office if you require further information.
All school meals should be booked and paid for online through the ParentPay system and we do ask for a minimum of 7 days notice for bookings. Occasionally there are circumstances when this is not possible and your child's teacher or the office staff can advise you of alternative arrangements in these situations. Login details for ParentPay are provided when a child joins our school or can be obtained from the school office if you need a reminder.
Meals currently cost £2.30 per day (£11.50 per week) unless your child is eligible for Free School Meals or Universal Infant Free School Meals - see below for details.

INFANT FREE SCHOOL MEALS
From September 2014 all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will be eligible to receive a free meal provided by school. However, parents are welcome to send their child with a packed lunch if this is their preferred option. Teachers will ask the children in their class whether they are having a school meal or have brought a packed lunch from home as part of the morning registration procedure, if parents have not already booked the meal via ParentPay. Please also see the section below about Free School Meals as it is extremely important that families who are eligible under the original scheme make an application as this has both financial and other implications for the school.
FREE SCHOOL MEALS
Some families may be eligible to receive Free School Meals for their children. This was updated in April 2018 following the introduction of Universal Credit. We do ask and recommend that any family who believes that they may be eligible, should complete an online registration form using this Free school meal link in order that this entitlement can be checked and applied.
Further information and advice can be obtained, in confidence, from the school office.
